Head, neck, and shoulder base plate<\/h1>\n

By designing the head and neck positining system, we’re aimed to provide a set of advanced tools which provide the patient with an accurate and high quality radiotherapy, and to accomplish this goal, we seek to create high precision and accuracy in patient’s positioning in fully repeatable daily conditions(modes); it also brings comfort to the patient. This comfort can help the patient sleep at rest and reduce the possibility of moving during the treatment.<\/p>\n

By using various combinations of headrest, blocks, and angled wedges, the positioning of the patient’s head comes with different degrees of bending and stretching. The variety in the shape and angle of this tool helps us to choose the best combination in accordance with each patient’s specific anatomy (head and neck size) and the type of radiotherapy technique. In choosing a dedicated set of headrest, blocks and wedges for accurate and repeatable positioning, it is important that the upper part of the head as well as the neck area is in full contact with the headrest, it will be possible with our various products.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
